Amerada Constitutional Committee begins

After a few legal arguments between the Government of Tebec, a colony within Amerada, and the federal government has decided to create a constitution for the nation at last. Tebec has legislated that its laws take precedence over federal laws in issues affecting Tebec, and this caused President Washburn to become enraged. As there is no law stating that Amerada’s federal laws take precedence, a constitutional committee has been created to make a constitution which would include this law in it.

Talks are currently underway concerning the constitution and they have so far reflected on the boundaries of Amerada. As more develops, the MFP will keep you informed.
