LONENBERG (GP) – The Home Office yesterday opened the Justice Section with the appointment of Mr Robert Davis as Deputy Vice-Minister of State who has been mandated with the responsibility to submit the guidelines for the creation of the Judicial and Legal processes within Gotzborg.

The Royal Kingdom was previously setting up a Joint Council with the Republic of Talamthom to evaluate the resource-sharing possibilities of a joint-judicial court, however with the recent departure of Mr Kevin Gladstone from Talamthom, the future of the Joint Council looks to be stalled and possibly dead.

While the work on the Gotzborg Judicial format continues, sources in the Home Office say that the Government would like to continue to look “for opportunities to combine resources in judicial affairs with other like-minded micronations.” The Home Office spokesperson also expressed hopes that the Raspur Conference will properly address what the Government considers an “important issue in the intrests of simplifying the playing ground and taking advantage of the teamwork inherent in the micronational community.”

As Gotzborg continues to look for other micronations on whom to cooperate with judicial affairs, the Home Office clarified their position by saying “It is not just on legal matters which we are focusing either. Any other opportunity to pool talents and abilities with other micronations is something we would like to discuss and pursue. It benefits all concerned.”
