Ministry of Economics releases new Economic Regulation Act

The Imperial Ministry of Economics has tabled the Economic Regulation Act 2003 for informal debate in the Grand Executive Council. The bill outlines various economic statues, the federal income tax system and the role of crown corporations. While the bill will not be debated formally in the Grand Executive Council, as the Council’s docket is full up to the June 10th recess, the Ministry has asked the Council to informally comment on the bill and to offer improvements or modifications. The bill will be passed into law by imperial decree in early June.
